6 Month Warranty

Every Serrahaus Greenhouse is covered by a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects in the aluminium frame and the twin-wall polycarbonate panels, from the date of delivery.

What is covered

• Structural defects in the aluminium frame.
• Manufacturing faults in the polycarbonate panels.
• Missing or defective fixings and hardware supplied with your greenhouse.

What is not covered

• Damage from improper assembly, or from not anchoring the greenhouse as described in the guide.
• Damage from extreme weather beyond normal conditions, from impact, or from misuse.
• Normal wear and cosmetic marks that do not affect function.

How to make a claim

Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the affected part or resolve the claim as quickly as we can.
