Free shipping within the United States on every Serrahaus Greenhouse.

• Processing. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
• Delivery. Your greenhouse ships flat packed on a freight pallet and arrives within 3 to 5 business days once dispatched.
• Tracking. You receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

30 Day Trial and Returns

Try your Serrahaus Greenhouse for 30 days. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items should be unassembled, or repackable in their original condition.
• Start a return by emailing [email protected] with your order number, and we will arrange collection.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and checked.
