Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Serrahaus website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We take care to describe and price products accurately. If we discover an error in a price or description after you order, we will contact you before processing so you can confirm or cancel.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and delivered within 3 to 5 business days in the United States. Title and risk pass to you on delivery. See our Shipping and Returns page for full details.

Returns and warranty

Your purchase includes a 30 day trial and a 6 month warranty, as described on our Shipping and Returns and Warranty pages.

Assembly and use

The Serrahaus Greenhouse is customer assembled. Please follow the included guide, anchor the greenhouse as instructed, and use it as intended. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper assembly or use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
